Staff
Finley Cutshaw became the Pastor of East Side in January 2011. Finley is originally from Greeneville, Tennessee. He was saved at age nineteen and soon felt the call of God into full time ministry. He prepared for the ministry at Ambassador Baptist College, where he also met his wife Rebekah. After serving as a youth pastor for five years in the Charlotte, area the Cutshaws moved with their children to Rocky Mount, North Carolina where he founded Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church. He served as the Pastor there until he and Rebekah were lead by God to come to Memphis Tn.

Dennis Stremming, from Indiana
, has been on staff at ESBC since 1987. For five years he served as minister of music and youth. Since that time he has served as the minister of music. He graduated with a degree in Bible and English from Tennessee
Temple
University.

Robert Martinez became the Youth Pastor at East Side in August of 2011. He is from upstate New York. He received his Bible College Diploma from Faith Bible Institute in 2003, and his Associates in Theology from North Texas Baptist Seminary in 2007. He has done undergraduate work both at Pensacola Christian College and Ambassador Baptist College.
