Coming to East Side Baptist Church the Bill Rice Ranch Deaf Rally. Bill Rice Ranch Director Nathan McConnell and Evangelist Ronnie Rice will be holding the Rally at East Side on March 21, 2009. This is a full day packed with activities and fun. It is open to any deaf person that would like to come.
